Warner Recruitment are super excited to be working with a locally established, fast growing and ambitious manufacturing business near Towcester in South Northamptonshire. You will be working with a busy, driven and hardworking team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experience and/ or ambitious ACCA/ CIMA/ACA Qualified (or equivalent) Accountant to grow their career as the business grows, you will report directly to the owner of the business. Duties include: Responsible for the day to day running of the finance function Managing 4 direct reports Reporting directly to the Finance Director Taking responsibility for month end reporting Producing monthly P&L reports Cashflow reporting Producing monthly Balance sheets Setting and analysing budgets Maintain and develop monthly reporting tools Management and development of the team Analysing costs and making suggestions based on your findings Review the functionality of the system to drive improvements in reports Annual audit Finance lead on key business projects Review and improve the BI reporting tool Oversee the VAT Return process Requirements ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) Ideally have experience as a Financial Controller Experience of working in a Manufacturing/ distribution business (not essential) Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Benefits Contributory pension 25 days holiday Healthcare Holiday purchase scheme, up to an additional 5 days Ample parking on site Access to company discounts scheme Flexible hours Hybrid working available If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact Julie or Carly at Warner Recruitment.
