The Financial Planning & Analyst Manager will report into the Head of FP&A. This is a hybrid role, 3x days a week in the office, based in Hammersmith. The ideal Financial Planning & Analyst Manager will have PE backed company exposure and strong modelling skills. Financial Planning & Analyst Manager Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to end preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, with a goal to shift toward a rolling forecasting process. This will involve working across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and liquidity covenants A point of contact for the investment committee process, keeping policies up to date, setting timelines and facilitate the creation of business cases for approval at the monthly investment committees Develop and maintain the Group's cost base submissions in a timely manner, with appropriate analysis to understand the cost base and challenge cost creep. Play an integral part in analysing the cost base in different ways to inform decision making Produce cash flow forecasts with Treasury to ensure the Group has sufficient working capital to drive sales and headroom to pass liquidity covenants Support the development and maintenance of the planning tool (Anaplan) to ensure we can link business strategy to financial performance and make sound investment decisions across all pillars of the business as we continue to scale Assist in the production of the weekly and monthly MI reporting packs and tell the story of performance against targets. Ensure reports are concise, well written and insightful Provide clear and transparent analysis of the cost base vs target, calling out variable cost drivers, analysing hiring plans and detailing out supplier costs Collaborate with the Accounting team at month end to ensure a smooth and accurate close Ideal Financial Planning & Analyst Manager Profile: Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience+3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar roleStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsProficiency in financial software applications, such as AnaplanKnowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysisGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
