About The Role An exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager has arisen at Salvation Army Homes on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract. The Finance Planning and Reporting Manager will inspire and lead the reporting team through with the production of management and statutory accounts, budgets, forecasting, long term financial planning and business partnering across the organisation. The Financial Planning and Reporting Manager will create efficiency through process reengineering and improved reporting methods. They will promote continuous improvement across the planning and reporting function and build strong relationships with senior business leaders across the organisation. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the reporting team to produce the Group’s management and statutory financial accounts, including the subsidiaries; Kingsown Property Limited (active) and Saha Developments Limited (dormant) Assist the HoF in preparing the management and Board reporting pack, including trend and variance analysis Assist the HoF in the production of the annual budget and high-level quarterly forecasts Oversee the production of a weekly cashflow forecast for Salvation Army Homes Engage with senior leaders and budget holders through effective business partnering, providing management information to help support decision making. Coach, mentor and develop the team to deliver the business partnering with the organisation and have effective performance management Assisting the HoF in the completion of the 30-year Long-Term Financial Plan including stress testing scenarios. Preparation of the quarterly Treasury Board report. Contribute towards the successful delivery of internal audits, where applicable Undertake any other reasonable additional duties as required that are commensurate with the role About The Candidate A Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will instinctively share Salvation Army Homes delivery values and behaviours, loving your work, helping people to thrive and always finding a way to be effective.
