    Voor de vacature van Fitnesscoach & Sales ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:

  • Jij bent de persoon die zal instaan om nieuwe mensen te overtuigen om lid te worden of om deel te nemen aan coaching, groepslessen en andere

  • Op deze manier help jij mee het klantenbestand uit te bouwen

  • Je maakt hiervoor gebruik van warme leads die binnenkomen door de marketing acties

  • Sporadisch doe je aan koude telefonische prospectie

  • Indien er een klant interesse heeft, zal je instaan voor de rondleiding en uitleg over het fitnessgedeelte

  • In geval van verkoop zal je ook alles afhandelen van a tot z

  • Jij staat in voor de opvolging van een klein team fitness coaches

  • Je volgt klanten mee op, bekijkt de targets en denkt mee over kwaliteitsvolle fitnessprogramma's

    • Los hiervan denk je mee over nieuwe initiatieven over de werking om jouw team en het bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
