Job Title: Fixed Head CNC Lathe Setter/Operator x2 Location: Redditch Salary: Up to £31,000 per year Working Hours: 14:00 to 22:00 M-T / 12:00 to 20:00 F Job Type - Permanent A prominent manufacturing company situated in Redditch is actively seeking multiple Fixed Head CNC Lathe Setter/Operators to join their team on the afternoon shift. The successful candidate will possess a high level of expertise garnered from substantial experience within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Setting and operating multiple machines including but not limited to Citizen BNJ (Fanuc), Citizen BNE (Mitsubishi), Doosan Lynx and Doosan TT Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard Take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks and report them as appropriate Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required Qualifications Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent work experience. Proven experience with the above machines Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
