Position: Fleet Administrator Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £24,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm (1 hr lunch) Shift: Day shift: 40 hrs per week Contract: Permanent Job Purpose of the Fleet Administrator We currently employ circa 125 staff across 5 locations and have over 4000 vehicles on the road and due to increased business levels and company growth two additional Fleet Administrators are required to join the team. This key role will sit within the Fleet Management team at the Wolverhampton Head Office supporting the team to ensure all service and compliance requirements for the maintained fleet is monitored and completed on time. You will need to fully understand each customers contract inclusion and O licence requirements. Main duties and responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator Handling calls with existing customers over the phone (60%) and via email (40%) Checking all schedule events have been booked and work completed Monitor all vehicles in for service to ensure any delays are known and managed Ensure compliance paperwork is received and loaded on to the platform Where separate requirements are in place with specific clients ensure these are followed Review and organise the renewal of the RFL in a timely manner Review and organise the MOT requirements, ensuring customers are given sufficient notice Raise any issues, queries or proves improvement recommendations with line manager Monitor outstanding job sheets and if required escalate to the relevant field engineer Fleet Administrator experience/skills required • Customer Service experience gained within a telephone based role dealing with demanding customers Previous fleet Administrator experience would be highly beneficial Strong IT skills – internal systems, Microsoft excel, outlook etc Any HGV sector experience or knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector would be beneficial If this Fleet Administrator position is of interest to you please apply to this advert with an updated copy of your CV INDPB
