Role Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you’ll be the heart of our client's operation. Your mission is to create exceptional culinary experiences while upholding the highest quality standards. Our client is on a mission to revolutionise the food industry, believing that every bite matters. Your responsibilities will include: • Operating machinery and equipment in the food production process. • Weighing & mixing ingredients both manually and via machinery. • Labelling & packaging food ingredients and finished food items. • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. • Maintaining a clean and organised work area. • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets. Role Overview: Shifts: Monday to Friday Hours: 1400- 2300 Duration: Ongoing work (Temp to perm available) Pay: £12.50 (£27,625 pa) Why join the team? Requirements: Our client is looking for candidates who come from a food production background within a factory setting, providing you with the basic skill set required for this role. • Experience of working within FMCG/Food manufacturing • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills • Approachable, flexible, and methodical • Keen attention to detail, ability to solve issues. • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Able to ensure good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout shifts. • Adapts well to a fast paced, high-pressured environment. • Due to the location, you MUST have your own transport (you can not reach this company on public transport) To apply: To apply, please forward your CV to [email protected], or alternatively apply online.
