Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Food Production Supervisor to grow and develop their own team. Role Responsibilities: As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and mentoring a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include: • Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures • Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations • Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation. • Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity • Working alongside operatives to ensure targets are adhered to. Role Overview: Shifts: Monday to Friday Hours: 1400 - 2300 Duration: Temp to perm Pay: £28,500 - £32,000 (dependant on experience) Why join the team?
