Robert Half is recruiting 4 General Liability Claims Adjusters on behalf of a growing insurance business. The Role will be 100% remote on a temp to perm basis. The hourly rate for this role will be between £18 - £22PH DOE.This role will entail speaking with customers to ensure that their claims are handled in a professional & Empathetic manner. You will be guiding business insurance and liability claims from the first point of contact through to completion.You will need to have an ability to investigate policies and understand what's covered and what isn't.Specific duties will include:Experience having handled claims from beginning to end. Management of Stakeholders, clients and customers with a professional and empathetic mannerComfortable working to deadlines and KPI'sEnsure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent informationMaintain accurate records on the system ensuring making sure the highest standards of data integrity are upheldWork with wider team to resolve complex issues & escalate issues where neededContinuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exception serviceYou will need to have previous experience within General Liability Claims and be comfortable with policy and procedures within the field.If you have previously worked within a similar role or within Loss Adjusting or within the legal field managing liability claims this will be an advantage.
