My client is an independent matchday pub based in Aston, catering for all their patrons across their 3 outlets being their pub, B&B and café. They are looking for a General Manager to oversee all areas and ensure a smooth service in all departments. The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager will be: Managing all areas of the pub, maximising customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure a smooth service. Guiding and training the front of house staff. Managing the stock, deliveries and budgets. Adapting to different situations, and responding to them efficiently and effectively. The ideal General Manager will: Have experience in a management position, ideally in a pub background. Have experience in cellar management Be honest, trustworthy and organized. Be able to stay calm and collected under pressure and be confident. Be structured, organised and reliable.
