The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist is the key contact person for the global Talent Acquisition network regarding recruiting and onboarding processes, systems, tools, and vendors, with a focus on the SAP Successfactors Recruiting module, reporting via Excel and Power BI, and recruiting vendor management. The key target is to ensure a smooth and seamless end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process at the best cost for the defined quality. A job that matters: your tasks Work with our global Talent Acquisition network, leveraging on their experiences, listening to their requirements and pain points, and ensuring that relevant insights and best practices are shared across the community. Be our expert for SAP Successfactors Recruiting: Lead rollout and enhancement projects to improve the system continuously Evaluate and translate business requests into system change requests Track change requests and backlog administration, coordinate with second- and third-level support Be responsible for release management and coordination Test implemented features and changes (incl. release changes) in all instances Communicate and train system changes to users Administer agencies and notifications in the system Act as first-level support for the users regarding system-related questions and issues Continue our efforts to streamline the end-to-end hiring process including onboarding and identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements Provide guidance, support and change management to global initiatives that support the overall vision and objectives for Talent Acquisition to improve candidate experience, reduce biases, increase the diversity of candidate pools, and become more agile and customer-centric Develop and roll out a global, standardized interview and selection framework as well as an onboarding framework Analyze the status quo of external talent acquisition vendors, develop a strategy on how to leverage synergies, and introduce a global vendor management Track standard KPIs for recruiting; analyze, process, and visualize the data in Power BI Drive innovation in sourcing and hiring techniques by engaging with Talent Acquisition expert networks outside dormakaba An experience that matters: your skills Minimum Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role, especially with the SAP Successfactors Recruiting module Strong process, data, and metrics expertise Passion for talent acquisition Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment Creative, resourceful problem solver and solutions provider Strong communicator across all organizational functions, good listening skills Talent to build up international networks quickly Assertiveness and ability to inspire, negotiation and influencing skills Capability to integrate the view of stakeholders from various cultures, functions, and levels High level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, organization skills Embraces and lives our Behaviors Preferred Experience: Experience with Power BI Previous experience with working in an international matrix organization Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources management, social sciences, or similar. Master’s degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology or another relevant field preferred Very good know-how of the MS Office product portfolio (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
