Location : Ellesmere Port Salary : £28,000 to £32,0000 PA based on experience, plus bonus package. Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00-17:00 Contract: Permanent Our client provides specialist healthcare facilities to the NHS and private healthcare companies. These buildings are built using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in a factory environment before being delivered to site. They are designed and manufactured in-house by their manufacturing partner, before being purchased by MCH as a high value asset and supplied to their client base via revenue (rental) based agreements. Our client works alongside their manufacturing partner who specialise and tailor finance solutions with UK leading suppliers of modular buildings, healthcare, green technologies, and life sciences. The role will be to provide support across both businesses. The successful candidate will be office based, situated in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire but may occasionally be expected to spend time at the offices and factory of their manufacturing partner, based in Cheltenham and Mitcheldean respectively. The role will also involve occasional travel across the UK to assist in marketing activities including attendance at trade shows. Responsibilities As a Graphic Designer, your main responsibilities will include: Production of sales and marketing collateral including: " Brochures " Flyers " Email templates " Case studies " Presentations Assist marketing team with social media, website design, exhibition and other visual materials. Making recommendations and putting forward new ideas for any design related marketing Design activities associated with client sales proposals and quotations. Assist senior management in future sales and marketing activities. Skills and Experience Previous experience (minimum 2 years) within a similar role is essential (healthcare/finance sector is not expected) Preferably a degree in Graphic Design or related field. Ability to work and produce material independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in the use of design-based applications such as Adobe Creative to include illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign as an example. Ability to undertake a full branding audit, identifying key collateral and guidelines that will be used across the business. Be able to communicate, accurately, and convincingly at all levels. Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts. Quality assurance. Ensuring design and marketing material is accurate and proofread. Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Full and clean UK driving licence Package £28,000 to £32,0000 PA based on experience, plus bonus package.
