This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with robust technical accounting expertise or those transitioning from a practice background.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly consolidated Group accounts.Conduct thorough reviews and provide constructive feedback on management accounts.Perform monthly reconciliations and reviews of balance sheet accounts.Support both internal and external audit processes.Assist in the creation of the annual report and accounts.Generate KPI reports with detailed and insightful analysis.Aid in the consolidation and preparation of budgets and forecasts.Offer technical accounting guidance to Group Companies.Assist in addressing identified internal control deficiencies.Participate in the continuous update of accounting policies and procedures.Requirements:Fully qualified finance professional.Strong foundation in technical accounting.Training from a top 8 practice is highly desirable.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
