As they continue their growth trajectory, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Reporting Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team.Job Title: Group Reporting Finance ManagerLocation: Derby, UKSalary: £90,000 - £120,000Hybrid Working: 3 days a week on siteTeam Management: Managing 4 direct reportsJob Description: As the Group Reporting Finance Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the finance department, focusing on technical reporting and offering expert guidance on group consolidations, intercompany accounting, and VAT. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining IFRS compliance, and disseminating statutory reporting updates throughout the organisation. You will also serve as a key business partner to Site Controllers across the group, supporting their financial operations and decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Manage intercompany accounting processes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely reconciliation.Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, including managing reporting and filings.Maintain the integrity of IFRS reporting standards within the group.Provide updates on statutory reporting changes and communicate this information to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with Site Controllers to deliver financial insights, support, and guidance.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Support external audit processes and manage relationships with auditors.Requirements:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.Proven experience in group consolidations, intercompany accounting, and VAT within a large, complex organisation.Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.The chance to work with a leading, innovative company in a critical role.How to Apply: If you are a highly motivated finance professional with a passion for technical reporting and a proven track record in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
