Group Finance Director Base to £150,000 plus bonus (hybrid role) My client is PE backed global company with revenues in excess of £200 million. They are looking to hire a new Group Finance Director (min 8 years PQE) to lead a team of 10+ staff covering revenue recognition, monthly revenue and cost to delivery forecasting, project reporting and month end close. This new role will report directly to the CFO. Main responsibilities include. Lead the global monthly revenue close process and monthly revenue forecast.Drive continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle financial processes to provide predictive analytics,Oversee the revenue portion of statutory and financial audits.Liaise with IT department to ensure the tools, flow, and processes meets the needs of the team.Drive margin enhancement initiatives, leveraging data to provide analysis to improve business decisions.Build effective working relationships with the wider finance and business teams.To be considered for this new Group Finance Director opportunity, you should be a qualified accountant (min 8 years PQE), detailed knowledge of revenue recognition, project accounting, team leadership, PE experience and strong IT skills.
