Hardware Department Manager Pacy sur Eure - France Full time - Permanent CDI Salary – Up to €100000 - Depending on experience 5VTech has recently started supporting a multinational organisation that specializes in the field of energy management and automation. This company are looking for a Hardware Department Manager to manage a team in Pacy-sur-Eure. In this role you will be joining a team that focuses on the development of variable speed drives for industrial rotating motors. The drive domain integrates various technologies such as: - Power conversion and motor control which enable energy efficiency - Application control or Functional Safety enabling solutions The team that you will be managing is a multidisciplinary team of around 30 engineers. So they do require significant experience of team management in a similar environment. The responsibilities include: Leading a team with experts in Power Electronics, Analog & Digital Electronics, Mechatronics, PCBA and Thermal EMC Ensure consistency and documentation of hardware processes and tools Develop internal talents through coaching and setting goals Budget control Contribute to the execution of technical roadmap Skills required: Strong experience of managing a multidisciplinary hardware team – Preferably Power Electronics or Analog and Digital Previous experience as a hardware/electronics engineer A Background in Analog and Digital Electronics or Power conversion would be a huge plus!
