Head of Finance (Real Estate Investments)Base to £150,000 plus bonus and benefits. My client is a UK focused real estate private equity company looking to hire a new Head of Finance in Mayfair (4 days a week in the office). The responsibilities will be split between financial, fund and corporate duties covering the following. Control and management of the Group's internal finance department.Financial due diligence for property acquisitions, distributions and exits including calculation of IRRs and other KPI metrics.Oversight of financial reports and Cash flow management for property holdings.Financial modelling and corporate structure / tax related Input into the production of investment and marketing brochures.Tax efficient structuring of new acquisitions, with the input of external tax experts.Oversight of year-end financial reporting and audits for Group and property companies.Control of Payroll, VAT, Purchase Ledger and Invoicing.Assistance with financial planning for directors.Oversight of quarterly property reporting and other investor communications.Management of distributions to investors.Preparing and issuing commitment letters, subscription agreements, and other correspondence required in on-boarding new investors into UK and Overseas property holding structures.Property transaction management from a corporate, financial and tax perspective.Assistance on compliance requirements in the UK.Corporate administration of property SPV's in the UK including banking, cosec and other matters as they arise. To be considered for this Head of Finance (#1 role) you should be a qualified accountant with 5+ years corporate real estate sector experience covering financial and management reporting, UK tax, financial and investment modelling.
