The company operates the UK, US, France, Germany Finland trading entities with revenues of c.£40m and c.600 employees.Roles and responsibilitiesMeeting all weekly, monthly and year-end internal reporting deadlinesMaintaining, improving and controlling the quality of the management accountsDelivering accurate and timely financial reportingResponsible for the management and development of the management accounting team (3 direct reports)Accountable for the compliance of financial statements with Group Accounting policies, IFRS and relevant tax lawPreparation of subsidiary accounts for external reportingOngoing Balance Sheet control and reviewContinually improving financial processes, including system improvements. Devising and implementing change across the business to drive efficiencyTo provide ad-hoc business finance partnering to operations and group.Supporting annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting processPerson SpecificationQualificationsFully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with the key skillsExperienceTeam managementSkillsStrong technical accounting backgroundAdvanced Excel skillsManagement and leadership skillsSolid communication and presentation skillsExcellent relationship building skillsRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
