    Job role: HR/Recruitment  Salary: 24,000-25,000 Location:Loughborough  Monday-Friday About Us:  We are a leading care provider committed to delivering exceptional care services to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and contribute to our mission. The purpose of the role: To assist with all aspects of the recruitment process and support the HR function with the day to day priorities. Working closely alongside the Head of Recruitment and the HR Manager (People Team).  You will also be accountable for the following: Pre-screening candidates Onboarding/Compliance checks Arrange Staff Start Dates HR Support Staff Inductions Rewards Package: · A competitive salary of up to £25,000.00 per annum. · Use of a pool vehicle. · Flexible pay – access earnings to suit your financial needs. · Free onsite parking. · Formal training opportunities - enhance your skills. · 5.6 Weeks annual leave entitlement. · Employee of the month scheme - up to £225.00 for the overall winner.
