With a presence in the UK since the 1970's, Logisnext UK and Mitsubishi Fork Lift Trucks, Logisnext UK is a worldclass leader within their sector.The RoleWe are looking for a developing and proactive HR professional, to join the team as an HR Advisor. You will work directly with the HR Manager, and support the day to day running of the HR department as well as get involved in in HR projects and people initiatives. With a headcount of the 230 in the UK business, you will often be first point of contact for HR enquiries, through to guidance and resolution, actively supporting and building relationships with managers across the business. An enjoyment of the recruitment process will be important for this role, from working with managers to understand a brief, creating a positive candidate experience, and continuing effective agency relationships.This is a really exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and being hands on, as well as an interest in continued learning and involvement in HR projects.Responsibilities Provide generalist HR administrative support to the HR ManagerAct as first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing resolutions where possible or escalating as requiredEmployee Relations - develop ER knowledge, support on any ER issues with note taking and follow up actionsTakes ownership of recruitment processes, adapting and evolving as needed, and creating a positive experience for all partiesMaintenance of accurate HR records in SageActive involvement in HR projects such as; redesign of induction process; Internal communication and training projects; Employment Contracts projectPerson Specification Salary up to £33,000 DOEHybrid working25 days holiday increasing with service, option to buy/sell holidayOpportunity to shape the role and be part of a developing teamFurther study - support with CIPD qualificationsAnnual contribution to towards a gym/health membershipPrivate medical insurance for employees and family membersCompany BonusRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
