You’ll be taking a fresh look at our working culture and thinking of new ways to optimise them.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environmentRelevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisionsRelevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Spanish and English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
