Job Introduction Sodexo has over 40 years of experience supporting the defence forces of the UK, the US and France. We support individuals, the community and the environment on base, working with military leaders to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of personnel across all military services.Our PFI contract provides 128 different professional services on all aspects of Property Management for our client. Based at Merville Barracks in Colchester we are recruiting for a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator and Systems Management to manage data and use multiple HSEQ IT systems.This is a busy and varied role where you will be working with a team of Auditors and HSE Professionals, coordinating contract and internal audits, managing HSE data on safety walks, safety observations, near misses and accidents and liaising with different departments to ensure data is accurate and compliant. You will be completing tasks using the HSEQ systems and all administrative tasks will need to be completed to deadlines and to a highly accurate standard.You will need to be qualified to an A Level standard (Level 3) and have proven experience in administration and coordination with excellent IT skills, particularly using Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Health and Safety will be an advantage.You will be keen, enthusiastic and willing to learn and be IT literate, have good organisation, communication and customer service skills and high attention to detail.If successful you will undergo security clearance before the role can be offered.Interviews will commence on Tuesday 27th August.
