KeyResponsibilities of the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Trainee:
· Assist in the development and execution ofcreative ideas to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with theemployer branding strategy.
· Support various projects aimed at improvingthe candidate and hiring manager experience contributing toa seamless recruitment process.
· Analyze and report on the impact ofrecruitment campaigns aiding in the enhancement of our talentacquisition strategies.
· Support the planning and management ofcontent calendars ensuring timely and effective contentdelivery.
· Liaise with regional teams to provide andexecute content for campaigns, showcasing the experiences of currentemployees.
· Ensure all external communications aboutpeople and culture are on brand, using the tone of voice that reflectsour employer's value proposition.
· Be ready to support various talentacquisition and recruitment processes projects, demonstratingflexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.
KeyRequirements for the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Trainee
· Pursuing or recently completed a degree inHuman Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Demonstrated ability to generate andimplement creative ideas to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and maintain thecompany's tone of voice.
· Proficient in analyzing data and reporting onthe effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and other talent acquisitionstrategies.
· Ability to support and manage multipleprojects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams, including regional teams, to execute content andcampaigns.
· Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks,ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Readiness to take on various tasks andprojects within talent acquisition, demonstrating a proactive and adaptableapproach.
· Familiarity with social media platforms,content management systems, and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
