With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.Your mission:In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing an effective Indirects procurement strategy in South West Europe (SWE) in PepsiCo for the ITPS (Information Technology and Professional Services) and MAKE categories. The role involves building credibility and trust with internal stakeholders, the PepsiCo purchasing community, and suppliers. You will manage local stakeholder relations and lead sourcing events in Portugal, Spain, and Italy. Additionally, your ultimate goal will be to drive value delivery and support senior management in decision-making. ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us:Develop and implement Indirects procurement strategy in the managed categories in SWE (South West Europe) through driving credibility and trust with internal stakeholders, PepsiCo purchasing community, and suppliers. Effectively manage local stakeholders relations, capturing business needs and leading/advise organization through change & transformation toward new ways of working with Procurement.Lead sourcing events at Portugal, Spain and Italy level for ITPS (Information Technology and Professional Services) categories in collaboration with our Shared Services teams.Build personal procurement expertise and market intelligence in ITPS & MAKE categories; identifying business needs, developing market insights, and representing the market specificities in European strategy development. Take ownership to have a yearly solid spend baseline across all ITPS & MAKE categories.Own and manage categories in myBuy in cooperation with the Shared Services organization: ensure category cards & new supplier approvals are in place and updated. Ensure compliance of local procurement processes with PepsiCo rules and guidelines, applying Global Control Standards in the processes, compying with GP Policy and other policies.Assure the Indirects value delivery is tracked, reported and captured, enabling senior management to make timely decisions on productivity capture or re-investment. QualificationsWhat will you need to succeed?Proficiency in both Portuguese and English - Spanish language is a plus Ability to lead and apply strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and total cost of ownership.Sound knowledge of Indirects, especially ITPS & MAKE categories.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Prior experience working with international and cross cultural teams through matrix organizations.Communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, accuracy and persistence.Don’t worry if your experience isn’t a perfect match - if you’re excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you!What makes us different?
