Industry Manager Location: London Length: 6 Months Rate: £46.15 p/h PAYE (Approx. £95.9K per annum) Hours: 9am – 6pm This client is a top 5 tech giant and one of the world's most popular search engines. This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces, as well as free breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, on-site gyms, outdoor spaces and roof gardens, wellness rooms and sleep pods. Job Description We have an open IM role in a high energy and fun team that works with some of the UK’s biggest, most complex and advanced advertisers. Our portfolio is made up of Media Businesses such as Sky, BT, Twitter and NowTV as well as Telco’s such EE, O2, Three. They are big performance and brand advertisers and this is an opportunity so sell across all of Google products to an advanced client set who are always look to push new boundaries. You will consult and partner with senior level contacts across Google, clients and their agencies to provide integrated, cross-platform digital solutions across the entire Google ad ecosystem. The successful candidate will need sales tenacity, an ability to build strong relationships, along with the entrepreneurial drive to approach customers with large, multi-faceted media propositions. You will also be joining a team that prides itself on it strong culture and teamwork. Your knowledge of the online marketing combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will be continually tested as we strive to grow Google revenues by delivering our clients business goals. You will need to understand and anticipate how decisions are made, and will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients and their agencies. Minimum Qualifications: Proven ability to manage and influence complex organisations Able to adapt style and approach depending on situation to gain the best outcome BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Knowledge of performance and brand digital marketing and the ad tech ecosystem Strong online sales and business-development experience Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of Google's core products, particularly search, programmatic display and video Comprehensive understanding of the Media and Telco industry’s challenges and opportunities Proven track record in winning and growing budgets Comfortable with data and analysis Responsibilities: Build and manage CXO to Director level relationships and serve as a trusted media consultant with leading clients, media and creative agencies. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver against business plan and exceed revenue targets Analyse data, trends and client performance, develop solid strategic plans and prepare and conduct presentations Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships across their organisation Work with Google product experts to develop and deliver innovative creative advertising solutions for our clients and their agencies Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences Champion new product releases, internally and externally
