    Votre nouveau rôle

    En tant qu’Inside Sales Officer, vous êtes le point de contact entre les clients et l’entreprise. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du suivi des commandes de votre portefeuille clients jusqu’à l’expédition. Vous traiterez les demandes, questions ainsi que les éventuelles plaintes des clients. Vous contacterez également vos clients de manière proactive afin d’analyser et de répondre à leurs besoins.

    Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience dans le service à la clientèle ou d’une affinité pour le secteur industriel.
  • Vous êtes quelqu’un d’organisé et de proactif.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et le français, parlé et écrit, et vous avez également une bonne connaissance de l'anglais, afin d'assurer un service de haute qualité.
  • Vous appréciez le contact humain et avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation
  • La connaissance des outils informatiques tels que SAP ou un autre ERP et MS Office est un atout.
