YOUR ROLEAs a Network Planning Engineer, your day-by-day goal will be to design the network layout. Your key activities will be, including but not limited to. -Network design and optimization; Use software tools to design the network layout, including cell tower placement, antenna configuration, and frequency allocation. They perform simulations to predict network performance and identify areas for improvement. -Capacity planning and Forecast future traffic demands and plan for network expansion or upgrades to ensure sufficient capacity. -Regulatory compliance and Ensure the network adheres to all relevant regulations regarding radio frequency emissions and safety standards.YOUR PROFILEYour Profile;- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or similar;- 5 years or more planning engineering experience.- Deep knowledge about planning networks with proven practice experience.- Mobility & Load Balancing strategy implementation- Good understanding about Radio Access Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G NSA and SA.- Experience on configuration, troubleshooting of planning technical problems. Tools;- Atoll;- MapInfo (nice to have);- QGIS(nice to have); Must Have;- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or similar;- Mobility & Load Balancing strategy implementation- Proven experience in legacy technologies such as 2G/3G/4G including their main E2E features;- Know-how in the Mobile Network lifecycle and processes (modernization, swap, roll-out, etc);- 5+ years of experience;- Portuguese and English knowledge is mandatory; Nice To Have:-Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus (Huawei, Ericsson, etc);-Knowledge in Open-Ran protocols is a plus;-Knowledge in BI, Data Processing, SQL and Scripting (ex; python) is a plus;WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
