Job OverviewExecutes assigned tasks for financial and fraud investigations. Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing and financial internal audits if capacity allows. Essential Functions• Supports Audit Associate Director/Director in delivering financial and fraud investigations globally.• Participates in investigation reviews, conducts interviews and performs testing, including documentation of results and completion of work papers in accordance with relevant internal and external standards.• Identifies red flags indicating fraud may have been committed.• Determines financial policies and procedures compliance.• Identifies internal control weaknesses and assists in preparation of observations and improvement recommendation for audit management review.• Reviews evidence of management action plan implementations.• Performs Sarbanes-Oxley 404 testing companywide.• Assists in preparation of tracking schedules and summary reports related to SOX deficiencies.• Partnership with our Compliance and Legal teams with fluent communication and periodic status meetings.• Promoting anti-fraud and anti-bribery best practice.• Liaising with key operational and financial stakeholders • Participates in Internal Audit team meetings and performs other ad hoc departmental tasks as necessary.Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related area Req• 1 - 2 years of experience in Audit, Risk, Finance, Accounting, FP&A or related areas Pref• Basic knowledge or exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX 404) testing, audit techniques, financial fraud investigations and accounting standards such as IFRS, US GAAP is preferred.• CFE, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent part qualification PrefIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
