We are looking for our new International Project Support to work with the international and strategic projects shaping International Programs (IPZ) Future. International Project Support for IPZ Future will be closely working with the Corporate Center teams, Receiving and Producing Zurich Countries (RC & PC). Your role You will be a key contributor of various projects and your key tasks & accountabilities will be: Oversee the data collection and completion for newly opened LoB for country product capabilities Collect and review new reference data and actively facilitate stakeholders in that process of data upgrade Collaborate with respective Underwriting Team to finalize technical content Ensure quality assurance and sign-off with the respective countries before the data is approved for publishing in the central systems Keep close collaboration with the Line of Business representative and ensure proactive understanding of what needs to be done by when / raise resource concerns proactively with relevant line manager as needed Drive and organize the data collection planning, tracking and escalation Support Project Manager in tracking project activities and following up with the stakeholders Build up and maintain the communication with the respective countries, project, and LoB team Collaborate and support project team with any other ad hoc queries during the project How do you know you fit in? I’ll explain: Don’t worry, we are not asking you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. Your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Experience in insurance with underwriting / underwriting service background (would be an advantage) Understanding about the Policy Issuance processes and the life cycle of an International Program (would be an advantage) High education diploma (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, International Business, Law or equivalent Previous experience working in multinational projects Strong analytical skills and attention to details Organizational and problem-solving skills Team player with facilitation and coordination skills Fluent in English (other languages is an advantage) Right now, either you feel as great as when you fit into the right size of your jeans or you are thinking “this is not for me” (and that’s ok, we will meet again in a bright future).
