Job Description
The IT team is expanding its expertise and is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of business requirements into effective solutions.

•Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and analyze data to produce actionable insights and reports that inform business decision-making.
•Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
•Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
•User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are functional.
•Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation, digital transformation, and enhanced system integration.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
•Technical Skills: Experience in business analysis and project management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Azure, Visio or similar. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, PBI) is a plus.
•Knowledge of Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
•Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive results.
•Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, process improvements, and how to align technical solutions with business needs.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
