Service description
The service to be provided has the main focus ensuring the high-quality software solutions by integrating
structured testing practices with international business environments, working closely’ with consultants and
business representatives across different regions to validate requirements, enhance software reliability, and
support the continuous improvement of testing processes.
IT Business Tester plays an integral role analyzing software requirements, and user stories for clarity,
completeness and testability, identifying ambiguities, designing, executing and refining test cases based on
functional requirements. Organize and facilitate UAT sessions with business users, providing guidance on test
execution, defect reporting. As part of our Automation strategy the Business Tester will be also responsible to
plan and integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automation aligns with business critical functionalities
Qualifications
Experience in modern test methods and technologies for cloud-based software products and
CI/CD tools;
Experience in test management and TEST FIRST approaches (E2E Workflow Test, Behavior/Test Driven Development etc.);
Understanding of Software Requirements (such as business processes, Use Cases, User stories or others);
Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe).
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all
management levels
Knowledge in Microsoft technologies, specially Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps,
Power Automate) and Postman would be nice to have;
Be proactive, be a technology and business knowledge seeker, work with a team and be able to
solve problems.
