    Descripción de la oferta En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Junior Consultant para formar parte de la División de Gestión basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Madrid. Funciones:Gestión Patrimonial, jurídica y financiera de los activos.Relación con propietarios y arrendatarios, así como con proveedores.Coordinación, con los agentes, de la comercialización de los activos asignados.Relaciones con la administración pública.Control patrimonial de los servicios y suministros de los inmuebles.Implantación y mejora de los sistemas, procedimientos y criterios de calidad para la realización de los Proyectos.Definición y consecución del Business plan del Activo. Requisitos Graduado en ADE, Económicas/Empresariales, Derecho o similar.Valorable experiencia profesional en property management/asset managementNivel alto de inglés.Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, PowerBI), así como de software de gestión.Persona proactiva, con buena actitud, organizada, orientación al cliente y con capacidad de liderazgo.
