  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op inkomende aardappelen en eindproducten.

  • Monitoren van productieprocessen om te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

  • Analyseren van monsters en rapporteren van bevindingen.

  • Ondersteunen bij het implementeren en verbeteren van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen (bijv. HACCP, BRC).

  • Trainen van productiemedewerkers op het gebied van hygiëne en kwaliteitsprocedures.

  • A2/Bachelor richting voeding (biochemie, agro, biotechnologie,...)

  • Kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en voedselveiligheidsnormen.

  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.

  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.

  • Flexibel en bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken indien nodig.
