Laboratory Technician Pertemps Managed Solutions have been engaged to find a Laboratory Technician for a world renowned FMCG Organisation. This role will be on site and is part-time, the contract is 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The contract will initially last for 7 Months. Some weekend and bank holiday working may be required. Responsibilities: Hands on in the laboratory to perform a number of experimental procedures with attention to detail and strict adherence to standards of laboratory practice, in order to provide support for the delivery of the research plan across a range of competency areas. You will take and analyse samples within the laboratory. You will also be attending trial support team meetings, trial after action reviews (where appropriate) and liaising with research members on trial requirements and progress updates as a trial ambassador. Reviewing trials as to how well they achieved their aims. You will also be involved in risk assessments and equipment ordering / maintenance. Requirements: Experience of working within a regulated lab Clear communications skills Flexibility to work some weekends and bank holidays Educated to degree level
