    Over de organisatie

    Voor een van onze goede klanten in Antwerpen Centrum kijkt Hays Antwerpen momenteel uit naar een Lead Developer om een team van 5 personen te begeleiden. Het gaat om een vaste aanwerving en een fulltime contract.

    Jouw nieuwe functie

    Als Lead Developer speel je een sleutelrol in het Agile ontwikkelingsteam waarbij je:

  • De leiding neemt binnen het team en de ontwikkeling van spannende projecten aanstuurt. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team effectief samenwerkt en de gestelde doelen bereikt.
  • Als technisch expert verantwoordelijk bent voor het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken. Je draagt bij aan het ontwerp en de implementatie van oplossingen.
  • Nauw samenwerkt met belanghebbenden, zoals de IT Product Owner, andere Lead Developers, productmanager en business, om aan de verwachtingen te voldoen.
  • Samen met de test engineer in je team zorgt voor de kwaliteitsdoelstellingen .
  • Het team ondersteunt met technische coaching.

    • Jouw profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 5 à 10 jaar ervaring als Developer en een eerste ervaring als Lead is een grote plus!
  • Je bent zeer vertrouwd met Azure Devops, Agile en SCRUM.
  • Je beschikt over een allround development kennis (zoals dotNet, JS, VueJS,…)
  • Kennis in SDLC, KanBan, Dry, Solid, Kiss is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in multi-tech architectuur, object georiënteerd programmeren, UML, test gedreven ontwikkeling en design patterns is een plus.
  • Je hebt een passie voor technologie en bent nieuwsgierig om nieuwe dingen te leren.
  • Je bent in staat om nauw samen te werken en hebt sterke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en een positieve drive.
