Your Role As a Lead Functional Analyst (m/f/d) for our core system SeaRates, which supports Sea Forwarding by providing carrier rates to all Seafreight users and applications globally, you will work on building SeaRates New - which will replace the current system. You will join a global team of engineers and analysts designing and building products to provide innovative solutions to delight your customers. Your Responsibilities Manage the delivery of functional and system requirements end-to-end;Functionally clarify requirements with our business experts and architects;Elicit and document system requirements;Modeling Functional & Technical entities and Modelling/Design APIs;Document the functional and technical design according to our patterns to enable a consistent implementation;Participating and working according to team's best practices;Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions;Positively challenge all team members on how product/processes can be improved;Evaluate and refine the upcoming tasks within the team. Your Skills and Experiences Degree in information technology or proven experience;Experience of at least 10 years as . team lead (UML methodologies and Enterprise Architect are considered a plus);Ability to analyze and solve problems with a view to the ecosystem as a whole;Interest in design methodology and functional specification and estimates;Ability to work in an Agile environment;Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills in technical and user-friendly language;Fluent in written and spoken English.
