Pertemps are recruiting for a strong Administrator to join a large housing association, within their Lettings team for 3 - 4 months, located in Camborne. Start - ASAP Hours per week: 37 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, hybrid may be an option for the successful candidate once training has been completed Expected Length of Contract: 3 - 4 months Interviews will be held virtually, on 3 July in the first instance. The main aim for the role is to assist in supporting all Administration duties, focusing on reducing their Council Tax and Utility Bill approvals allowing the Lettings team to focus on re-letting their empty homes. About the Candidate: The successful candidate will be/have: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain detailed records, and ensure all administrative processes are followed Strong verbal and written communication skills Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance Ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Efficient in managing time to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of work. Proficient in using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), and email systems Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property or real estate industry. Salary Details: £13.49ph Vacancy Location: Tolvaddon, Camborne, Cornwall.
