Logistics Co-ordinator We are looking for experienced logistics Co-ordinators to join our rapidly growing client based in Tamworth on a temporary to permanent basis. Within this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both customers and drivers to ensure satisfaction at all times. Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:30am - 18:00pm Payrate: £12.02 - Rising once taken on Permanently Location: Tamworth Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional customer service to all customers and drivers, responding appropriately and professionally to all requests via phone and email. Allocating jobs to drivers and setting accurate time schedules to be followed. Accurate pricing and costing of jobs for both customers and drivers, ensuring company processes are followed. Working effectively as part of a team and assisting where necessary. Maintaining continuous contact with customers and drivers during the process of all deliveries Handling of customer complaints Maximise profit and prevent occurrence of loss making jobs and full awareness of resource available Requirements: The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong customer focus at all times. Strong administration and organisational skills. Previous customer service experience is essential for this role. A strong work ethic with the ability to pay close attention to detail.
