: Your job is to perform the Service Contracts Renewal process and support the organization in New contract process, Be an active contributor to Lab Water Solutions Sales and Field Service Organizations and execute with success Lab Water Solutions priorities and goals.Service Contracts Renewal Activity: direct contact with customers to engage the renewal and negotiate possible Upgrade or Upsell, in collaboration with key partners. Create the renewal quotations and process the contracts POs, agree on the follow-up action with key partners if contract will not be renewed. Ensure data integrity and manage My Milli-Q accounts using CRM tools, following playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures. Actively offer additional services and products. Deal with the admin part of Public Tenders and supervise the entire process in order to meet the Public Tender deadline. Work closely with FSS, who is responsible for the commercial offering and tech specifications. Act as the main contact person for Service Plans requests with the Clinical Key Account (if assigned) and guarantee a high level of collaboration to support Service and Sales tasks linked to these strategic partners. Who you are : Recently Graduated or 1 years of experience in an inside sales/telesales support role, ideally in a related environment .Strong affinity to digital tools and basic B2B principles.Excellent communication and selling skills: ability to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers by email and over the phone.Strong organization skill, manage diverse tasks in the same day and during the time being able to prioritize your activities.Ability to work independently and develop personal initiatives.Fluency in English (C1) and additional language as optional Ability to work in team.
