Static Maintenance Engineer with 17th or 18th Edition - Glasgow City Centre. £34-36K Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Glasgow City Centre. CBW is currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer with 18th edition to be based in a commercial building located in Glasgow City Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general maintenance trades along with their 17th / 18th edition. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000, overtime and further training. Package & Working hours Up to £36,000 Monday to Friday 07.00 - 16.00 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Further training Company pension Free City Centre parking Requirements Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most maintenance duties 17th / 18th edition Good communication skills Health & Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
