Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Mayfair, London - £38,000 per annum Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Mayfair, London. CBW is currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office space located near Mayfair, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000, overtime and further training. Working hours & package Up to £38,000 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Overtime available 1 in 3 call out Free food Further training Company pension Key Duties & Responsibilities Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Basic Carpentry and plumbing Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Ensure that all plant and BMS checks are completed on time, and all problems found are recorded and communicated to the Shift Lead or Supervisor. Requirements Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, etc) Good communication skills Health & Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload If you are interested please email your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions
