    Hays zoekt voor een productiebedrijf dat actief is in op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor warmte, een Maintenance Manager. Die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud in al zijn facetten.

    Jouw nieuwe functie

    Ben jij klaar om de motor te zijn achter de onderhoudsafdeling? Als Maintenance Manager krijg je een uitdagende rol met de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Een toekomstgerichte visie ontwikkelen voor de onderhoudsafdeling.
  • Storingen analyseren om onderhoudsstrategieën te ontwikkelen en te implementeren.
  • Een team van vijf gemotiveerde medewerkers aansturen, waarbij je de prioriteiten helder bepaalt.
  • Onderhoudsplannen en budgetten opstellen, die de operationele efficiëntie optimaliseren.
  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud naadloos coördineren om downtime te minimaliseren.
  • Meetbare kpi’s bepalen en actief werken aan het behalen ervan.
  • De facility afdeling waar nodig ondersteunen, met oog voor detail en service.

    • Rapporteer rechtstreeks aan de Operations Director en maak deel uit van een dynamisch team!

    Jouw profiel

    Voor de functie van Maintenance Manager zoekt Hays Engineering een kandidaat met ervaring binnen maintenance en/of binnen een productieomgeving. Je hebt een technisch diploma op zak. Als echte ervaren people manager ga je oplossingsgericht gaan werken en heb je een down-to-earth mentaliteit. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
