Maintenance Supervisor - Glasgow City Centre- Landmark building - 45k One of the well known companies in the FM and Maintenance industry is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to one of their key contracts based in Glasgow City Centre. As a company, they provide specialist support in the operation, maintenance and repair of building services, and excel in the maintenance of technically demanding blue chip and critical sites within Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high profile commercial environment and will understand the demands required to maintain it to a desired level. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding and must also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the commercial building services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a progressive company, which offers great career opportunities. Other objectives include but are not limited to the following: Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance. Manage a team of multi-skilled engineers. Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards. Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms. Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract. Manage minor improvements. Attend client meetings. Manage contractors. Package includes: Salary 45k - 48k 25 days holiday Pension Applicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria: Fully qualified to recognised electrical or mechanical standard (SVQ / C&G) Previous experience of supervising and running a commercial building. Knowledge of working with a budget and knowing how to manage costs. Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance. Experience of working in a building services environment.
