Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Management Accountant to join a growing manufacturing organisation based in Caerphilly.You will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.Preparing forecasting cashflows every quarter, compare actuals to forecast and improve Modeller.Ensure pre close actions are completed and postings are made.Month end close co-ordination, ensuring teams are available and monitoring their progress, escalate and resolve any issues that arise.Oversee the Accounts Payable account in the balance sheet; Trade Accounts Payable, deferred Corporate Income Tax, Leases.Perform Transfer Pricing calculation.Quarter end reporting pack - preparing accounts payable reporting information, co-ordinate with other teams to construct the full reporting pack.Preparing account reconciliations.Prepare statutory and SOX accounting support.Leading lean initiatives and projects to improve current processes.On offer:Salary of to £56,000 with a generous pension, bonus and generous benefits package.
