Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with more than 2 years of experience for a full-time position to join our Digital Commerce team in Porto.

The Ecommerce analyst will be responsible for reporting and providing insights and recommendations from data to drive strategic decision making, optimize sales and improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the brand's presence in marketplaces.
Collect, organize, and analyse e-commerce data from various sources, including marketplace platforms, web analytics, and sales reports.
Maintain and improve the existing reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics, trends, and the effectiveness of trading on marketplaces.
Report on marketplaces activity and P&L and identify potential gaps towards the targe.
Analyse the impact of pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns on sales performance .
Work closely with the commercial team to identify business needs and work as a pivot with the Data team to build new tolls and reports to support trading.
Utilize historical sales data and market trends to create sales forecasts and demand projections for various products and categories.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content, and operations, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
Present findings, reports, and actionable insights to stakeholders and management.
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce.
Completed a relevant degree in eCommerce, Computer Science/Engineering or Economics.
Deep experience in PowerBI Modelling, development and deployment.
Solid understanding and working experience of other BI tools.
Technical problem solving.
Microsoft Stack knowledge, mainly MS Fabric (or Databricks, Data Factory, synapse, other...).
Experience and knowledge in data modelling with Python/PySpark and SQL.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver insights that drive solutions and strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.
Strong problem-solving skills. Capacity to use critical thinking and consider all the information that is provided to resolve issues that may arise.
A deep passion for E-Commerce and a thorough understanding of eCommerce websites and business models.
Experience in working with fashion marketplaces and platforms is a plus.
Ability to prioritize topics independently.
Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
Experience within the retail and fashion industry.
Experience within international environments, consultancies, or a start-up environment.
