Position: Mechanical Fitter Location: Wolverhampton Work Hours: 7am-5pm Monday - Thursday, with an 11:30am finish on Fridays. Pay Rate: £15 per hour (dependent on experience). Overview: Our esteemed client is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join their dynamic team in Wolverhampton. Key Responsibilities: - Reading engineering drawings to build various machines manufactured by the company. - Assembling machinery within the workshop. - Operating workshop equipment. - Performing fitting and fabrication tasks. - Conducting repairs as needed. - Refurbishing machines within the workshop. - Using hand and power tools. - Interpreting engineering drawings accurately. - Strong general engineering background. - Applying knowledge of hydraulics. - Demonstrating a keen eye for detail. - Holding a full UK driving license (essential). - Possessing an FLT license (desirable).
