    Let's Work is op zoek naar een Medewerker Customer Service. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de binnenkomende orders en geef je feedback aan de klanten.

    Jouw takkenpakket:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het klantencontact

  • Administratieve verwerking

  • Je zorgt voor een optimale en real-time feedback naar de klanten

  • Je legt prioriteiten in samenspraak met jouw klant, collega's en teamleader

  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en je kan jou vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en Frans (Duits is een pluspunt)

  • Je hebt reeds een relevante werkervaring

  • Je bent vlot in het communiceren met verschillende aanspreekpunten

  • Je bent administratief sterk

  • Je houdt van een gezonde dosis stress

  • Je kan werken met MS Office en Outlook
