Join us on our exciting journey!Position Purpose:The Medical Education is responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services. The Compliance Services team provide services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Work including HCP/O Engagement and Contracting, KOL Screening and Tiering, Grants Management, Payments Processing, and Transparency Support and Outsourcing. Our teams need to provide service that is very accurate, timely, and with good customer service. The Medical Education delivers work every day using our proprietary software. For that reason, comfort using technologies is critical. Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is very important. Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not required. Experience with legal contract concepts is helpful. Responsibilities:HCP EngagementEnter engagements into engagement management system.Facilitate engagement approval process.Develop contract for HCPs using given templates.Communicate with the HCP regarding contracts, obtain signatures, answer questions.Monitor central mailbox and respond to inquiries.Raise purchase orders for HCP payments.Support travel arrangements via Client specified vendor (if applicable).GeneralEffectively communicates requests for required information (e.g., missing information, clarification of information, documentation)Provide updates to team management on status of work, and issues addressed.Ensure work delivered is of good quality.Adherence to various policies (i.e., confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)Responds to client requests for customized reports.Reformats incoming files using Access, Excel, etc. to maintain information in IQVIA usable form.Maintains the integrity and quality of the files.Follows IQVIA quality standards in completing and verifying.Reviews the client requirements with the Client Service Reps to ensure clarity on each request.Identifies data errors.Advises Client Service Reps in creating custom deliverables.Analyzes errors and recovery methods for maintaining the files.Competency Requirements:Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and OutlookGerman Native / Bilingual and Professional English LevelStrong PC technical skills in using Excel and Access.Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines working within a time sensitive environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.Detail oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.internally and work within a team environmentBackground in Pharmaceutical compliance desirable, but not mandatoryEducation, Skills, Experience Desired:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentContracts Management or Reports Analyst experience is a plus5 years or more related work experienceIQVIA™ is an equal opportunity employer.
