Position: Mig Welder/Fabricator Location: Redditch Basic Salary: £13.33ph Hours: 07:45 - 16:45 (13:00 finish Friday) A leading manufacturing company based in Redditch is seeking a high-calibre MIG Welder/Fabricator with proven experience within a manufacturing environment, The Role Fabricate and weld metal components to precise specifications using diverse welding techniques. The ability to fabricate as required, constructing parts to drawings or instructions Perform quality inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Collaborate effectively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to safety guidelines. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload The Ideal Candidates Will Possess Demonstrated experience and expertise in welding and fabrication. Deburring skills include linishing, skurfing and proficient use of air and hand tools Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
