Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Manchester - Salary up to £48,000 CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a mobile commercial gas engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial contracts around Manchester and surrounding area's for a well-established general Electrical/Mechanical & Building works company offering a range of planned and reactive services in the construction industry. . The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Execute planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems. Occasional requirements of planned and reactive maintenance to plumbing works Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize disruptions. Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed. Small installation works as and when required. Work flexible working hours to suit business requirements. Form part of the out of hours call out rota, attend emergency repair works as required. Collaborate effectively with a skilled team to achieve client objectives. Person Specification: Hold in date Commercial Gas Tickets Hold a valid UK driving licence. DBS, financial and employment background checks Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation. Demonstrated expertise in commercial facilities maintenance.
